  • Developed agency-wide training and exercise plan to support CEMP and COOP

  • Updated agency COOP, supported development/update of divisional COOP documents

April 2017 – Sept. 2017 – BCFS IMT Reservist (Deployed Aug. 2017)

  • Served as part of Incident Management Team for the establishment and operation of four medical shelters in advance of Hurricane Harvey

  • Served as part of the Transportation Unit for establishment of Type One Federal Medical Shelter located at the NRG Arena (Houston) in support of Hurricane Harvey

  • Served as Communications VISTA (PIO) for BR3T, a long-term recovery agency facilitating recovery from two declared disasters.

  • Served as Interim Executive Director for 6 weeks following resignation of former ED.

    • Rewrote By-laws to meet Texas State Law for 501-c-3 agencies
