  • Served as Assistant Shelter Manager for the 2018 US DHHS ORR Operation at Tornillo, Texas. (Emergency Sheltering of Unaccompanied Minors)

  • Served as direct supervisor of up to sixty-six direct care workers through four unit leads.

  • Served as part of a team to provide emergency services, care and supervision over 1500 unaccompanied minors as part of the US Dept. of Health and Human Services Office of Refugee Resettlement.
